We develop products that impact critically important issues of life \u2013 issues where there often is no room for error and the job doesn\u2019t offer second chances.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0At Perimeter, we characterize the solutions we develop as \u2018Solutions that Save\u2019 \u2013 because it helps underscore what we are trying to accomplish for our customers, and the world at large, across all our business segments.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The SEC Accounting Specialist assists in the preparation and review of internal and external reporting documents including, but not limited to: Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K, quarterly supplemental information packages and quarterly internal management reporting. The SEC Accounting Specialist will also assist completing various quarterly tasks over complex areas including consolidation, equity, earnings per share and stock-based compensation, performing technical accounting research for significant transactions, drafting accounting policies and assisting with the Company\u2019s SOX compliance process.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Assist in the preparation\u00a0of quarterly, annual, and other ad-hoc SEC filings (e.g., Annual Report on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, the Quarterly Earnings Release filed on Form 8-K) and supplemental information reporting package, including responsibility over the preparation of the quarterly Statements of Equity and Cash Flows.<\/li><li>Maintain and report on the Company\u2019s share-based equity compensation within the Company\u2019s equity software.<\/li><li>Prepare quarterly workpapers and footnote support on complex areas, including equity, earnings per share and consolidation.<\/li><li>Research and review various periodic journal entries and complex transactions, including those related to significant leasing activity, asset acquisitions and dispositions.<\/li><li>Assist in the coordination with external and internal auditors with regards to review and audit procedures.<\/li><li>Assist in the development and documentation of new accounting policies and procedures.<\/li><li>Assist in implementing new accounting policies and internal control processes.<\/li><li>Track and research the issuance of new accounting pronouncements and assess their potential impact on the Company.<\/li><li>Work with other groups within the Company to compile and verify the Company\u2019s key financial metrics (i.e., FFO, EBITDA, NOI) and complete other ad hoc analyses.<\/li><li>Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment; and<\/li><li>Effectively complete special ad hoc projects as needed.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<strong>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting<\/li><li>Strong Excel skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously<\/li><li>Active CPA License (preferred)<\/li><li>1 \u2013 3 years of experience in a Big 4\/National accounting firm and \/or with a publicly traded company<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>COVID &#8211; 19<\/strong>:\u00a0This role will require proof of vaccination or a weekly negative test to work onsite.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Culture:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a newly public company traded on the NYSE under PRM, our world Headquarters are situated in downtown Clayton, with access to free parking, a fitness center, and walkable to parks, restaurants, and shopping.
