The acquisition includes LaderaTech\u2019s FORTIFY\u00ae Fire Retardant technology and rights to associated intellectual property. The addition of FORTIFY technology \u2013 which is used in ground-based applications \u2013 complements Perimeter\u2019s industry leading PHOS-CHEK\u00ae Fire Retardant aerial and ground technology. LaderaTech President &#038; CEO Wes Bolsen will be joining Perimeter Solutions as the Director of Wildfire Prevention in Perimeter\u2019s Fire Safety Solutions business. LaderaTech represents the third acquisition in the last two years building Perimeter Solutions\u2019 technology and service offering to ensure its customers have access to the highest efficacy, reliability and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>According to Edward Goldberg, CEO of Perimeter Solutions, the acquisition of LaderaTech and FORTIFY\u00ae is consistent with Perimeter\u2019s to bring the world\u2019s best fire safety technology to the market. \u201cDeveloping and discovering new, more effective fire safety products and technology is a passion at Perimeter Solutions.
