U.S. Military Veteran-Led All Terrain to obtain small business and federal government contracts for applying the most trusted long-term fire retardants in the industry <\/strong><\/p>

Clayton, MO 9 March 2022<\/strong> \u2013 Perimeter Solutions (NYSE: PRM<\/a>), a leading global manufacturer of high-quality firefighting products and lubricant additives, announced today that it is partnering with All Terrain Water Corp., a division of All Terrain Global, the leading military veteran-led long-term retardant application company in the United States, to deploy its ground-based PHOS-CHEK\u00ae fire retardants.\u00a0 This includes PHOS-CHEK FORTIFY\u00ae<\/sup>, the only fire-retardant product in the industry that is also environmentally qualified to help prevent wildfire ignitions and protect critical assets in a proactive manner.<\/p>

As part of the partnership, Perimeter Solutions will support the All Terrain team in going after federal and state contracts for applying the PHOS-CHEK product portfolio to help prevent wildfire ignitions and protect critical assets.\u00a0 As billions of dollars are projected to be spent on treating vegetation over the coming decade, All Terrain will be well-positioned to lead many ground-applied projects and even support PHOS-CHEK applications during active wildfires.\u00a0<\/p>

PHOS-CHEK FORTIFY helps prevent wildfire ignitions and protect assets in the path of incoming wildfires.\u00a0 The uncolored, ground-based long-term fire retardant is expected to be applied on United States Forest Service lands by utilities, transportation agencies, and railway companies both in a preventative and wildfire protection manner starting in 2022. PHOS-CHEK FORTIFY complements the well-known red PHOS-CHEK fire retardants, which may also be applied by the All Terrain team. In addition to removing the red color that is only needed in PHOS-CHEK to allow pilots and ground crews to see where they have applied the retardant, PHOS-CHEK FORTIFY is also formulated to have greater durability and adherence to vegetation and other fuels to provide extended protection from wildfires that continues even after a significant rain event.<\/p>
