starting point a situation diagnosis report and a digital transformation plan.<\/p><p>In the diagnosis report, and within the analysis of the processes, it was detected that data capture in the plant was carried out manually and the \u201cimprovement of the capture of real-time information of the factory&#8217;s production processes\u201d was proposed as an opportunity for improvement, included in the challenge of \u201chaving integrated systems with real-time information\u201d.<\/p><p>Investments in the digital transformation process involve a continuous investment in the digitalization of processes and in the improvement of technological solutions already implemented, which must form part of the strategy of any industrial company that wishes to compete in today&#8217;s market.<\/p><p>In this project, a digitalization platform project for processes has been developed based on the following pillars:<\/p><ul><li>Development of a central website that supports the three AUXQUIMIA departments involved in the process: R&amp;D, Laboratory and Quality.<\/li><li>The application will be integrated with the ERP with two objectives: control of batches of raw materials and stock control.<\/li><li>The application will be accessible from any type of device via the web.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section cabo un paulatino proceso de transformaci\u00f3n digital, tomando como punto de partida un informe de diagn\u00f3stico de situaci\u00f3n y un plan de transformaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p><p>En el informe de diagn\u00f3stico, y dentro del an\u00e1lisis de los procesos se detectaron que la captura de datos en planta se realizaba de forma manual y se propuso como oportunidad de mejora el \u201cmejorar la captura de informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real de los procesos productivos de la f\u00e1brica\u201d, englobado en el reto de \u201cdisponer de sistemas integrados con informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real\u201d.<\/p><p>Las inversiones en proceso de transformaci\u00f3n digital suponen una inversi\u00f3n continua en la digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos y en la mejora de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas ya implantadas que debe formar parte de la estrategia de cualquier empresa industrial que desea competir en el mercado actual.<\/p><p>En este proyecto se ha desarrollado una plataforma de digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos basado en los siguientes pilares:<\/p><ul><li>Desarrollo de una web central que de soporte a los tres departamentos de AUXQUIMIA implicados en el proceso: I+D, Laboratorio y Calidad.<\/li><li>La aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 integrada con el ERP con dos objetivos: control de lotes de materias primas y control de stocks.<\/li><li>La aplicaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 accesible desde cualquier tipo de dispositivo v\u00eda web.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
