It does not contain any organohalogenated compounds. It can be used to put out class B (liquids) and class A (solids) fires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNIPOL-FF<\/strong> <strong>3\/3S<\/strong> has been designed to be used with high, medium and low expansion foam equipment and generate foams with high fluidity and slow drainage. It is mainly used on hydrocarbon fires and could be even applied with forceful application; capacity up until now only reserved for AFFF agents. It can also be used on polar solvents, in this case with gentle application. The lack of fluorinated\u00a0 \u00a0additives, which improves the anti-alcohol effect of the product, can reduce the performance with different solvents, and thus, it may be necessary to increase the typical application rates. Unlike the AFFF agents, it does not form an aqueous film on hydrocarbons because it does not contain fluorinated surfactants. The\u00a0\u00a0 excellent extinguishment times are possible thanks to its good foaming capacity, high water retention and oleophobicity.<\/p>\n<p>Because it does not form an aqueous film, it is recommended that when using <strong>UNIPOL-FF \u00a03\/3S <\/strong>the fuel be covered with a layer of foam thick enough to prevent the fuel surface from becoming exposed and reignited. Its good wetting ability and great water retention make it very suitable for extinguishing Class A fires (solid) with both spray and low expansion nozzles.<\/p>\n<p>The proportioning rate is 3% for hydrocarbons and 3% for polar solvents in fresh or sea water.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1066b04 eael-table-align-center
